Easy Ways of Cooking Noodles with Soy Bean Paste

Noodles with Soy Bean Paste is Chinese traditional pasta, known as one of the “China’s Top Ten Noodles”

It is very popular in northern China. Shaanxi, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, Northeast and other places also have the method of making Noodles with Soy Bean Paste by themselves.The neighbors of South Koreaalso also have Noodles with Soy Bean Paste . It was said that it was brought into South Korea by overseas Chinese in Shandong. They use Spring sauce (black bean sauce) , and onions, shrimp, meat, etc.

Easy Ways of Cooking Noodles with Soy Bean Paste

There are too many ways of Noodles with Soy Bean Paste. Today we teach you to make a simple family version of Noodles with Soy Bean Paste.

First,we need to prepare the ingredients:

Pork: half a catty, chopped

Noodles: It’s better to be a little thicker, so it tastes more vigorously

Shiiti: two, chop it with a knife

Onion: half, chopped with a knife

Cucumber: Cut into strips for later use

Let’s start now

1. Sauce seasoning:

One spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, a spoonful of raw soy sauce, half a spoon of old soy sauce, a little sprout powder, a moderate salt, an appropriate amount of raw powder, finally add five spoons of water, mix well

 

2.Heat the pan, add pork, stir fry for two minutes, then add shiitake mushrooms, stir fry for one minute, pour in the sauce, finally put the onion, stir -fry for two minutes, put it out of the pan for later use

 

3.Add water to the pot, boil and put it into the noodles. After two minutes, remove it and put it in cold water.

 

4.Remove the noodles, put it in a bowl, pour the second step of fried fried sauce, stir well
